If you decide to use it outside, I recommend putting a sealant on it before first use, and every year and your rocking chair will last forever. Easy to assemble
This rocking chair is shipped with easy-to-follow directions and assembly is simple. The chair comes in five pieces and is nicely packed. You will get 18 heavy-duty bolts and nuts to secure the pieces. A socket wrench is recommended for the easiest assembly. Due to the heaviness of the wood, you may want to have a helper to assist you in putting this together.

I am very impressed with this rocker as it is one of the most solid rocking chairs I have seen. I love the quality and you can tell it has been hand-crafted. Here’s an old saying: They just don’t make furniture like that anymore.
Pros vs Cons
There really aren’t many cons with this rocking chair. I would say the only con would be putting it together because of the heaviness of the wood. However, the assembly of the chair itself is not difficult. The pros outweigh the cons hands down as this is a stunning rocking chair that will last you for many, many years.
